Pat's Plats

Pat Hedyt is an avid Mohler researcher. It was discussion with Pat that encouraged Betty Carson to further investigate the Henry Mohler, Sr. theory. Pat carefully plotted the land described in the early Mohler deeds. These plots convinced her that Henry Sr. was the immigrant ancestor for most Ephrata and Lancaster Mohlers. The following maps are a sample of her work.

The 1883 Ephrata map shows that 1728 Henry's home passed out of Mohler hands becoming property of the Hertzogs. Today the home is owned by James Tshudy, who has done a magnificent job restoring the beautiful, historic Mohler homestead.
