John Rowe & Elizabeth Thornton

John Rowe (b. bef. 1748 in VA, d. 1812 in SC) and his wife, Elizabeth Thornton were in Virginia and South Carolina, with several of their descendants in Georgia during the early 1800's. Since we are trying to find the parents of Peter (our ancestor) and Edward Rowe who were born (1824 and 1818) in Georgia - it seems reasonable that one of John and Elizabeth's descendants is a possible candidate as the father of Peter and Edward.
