Coach Plummer has been at Woodlawn for 11 years. After recording 30+ combined wins in the 97 - 99 seasons, the new millenium has been very harsh on the Warriors. Dwindling turnouts for spring sports, in general, due to the insurgence of football passing camps and basketball AAU programs has affected all schools on the western corridor of the county. The Warriors have won more games(6) in 2005 then the previous 3 spring seasons combined. Yet the team only loses one player to graduation. Things are looking great for the 2006 season.
