Your balcony overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the swimming pool area, and the huge beach. We often see whales swimming by during the season, and incredible shooting star displays. I rent this out occasionally and the guests always rave about it. References available upon request.

On the beach near Lover's Point at the tip of Baja in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, the Gold Crown Finisterra Club & Resort is an impressive multi-level resort on cliffs overlooking the Pacific and Solmar beach. Private balcony, sweeping ocean view, and satellite TV! An elevator descends to the new pool area and beach club.

These deluxe, elegant suites contain terracotta tile floors, sitting areas, marbled combination baths, air conditioning, kitchen, dining area, and phone.

Two restaurants, 3 bars, (including the popular Whale Watcher's Bar), 3 jacuzzis, 3 pools (including two new beachfront free-form beauties), 2 lighted tennis courts, and gym. Golf, snorkeling, and scuba-diving nearby. One of the closest hotels to downtown and the marina for restaurants, shopping, fishing, sunset cruises, and nightlife. The "Palapa Beach Club Ocean View" virtual tour you see is just a hotel room and reserves for about $187 per night. That room is about half the size of what I am renting as I have the timeshare owners suite. The tour shows the bedroom area which is like mine but you are also getting the kitchen, dining, and living room area along with a double balcony with my rental which is not shown on the video tour.

If you are interested, I have a rental agreement that puts everything in writing, and a small refundable deposit can hold the suite in your name until the beginning of October. I am licensed in California as a real estate broker, license number 1318292, so you can be assured of honesty, integrity, and ease of renting from me. My main real estate business is residential resales in the San Diego area, and I just rent out this suite and one I have at the Ridge Tahoe in Lake Tahoe since I don't have enough vacation time to use them personally.
