New Year's Eve is a great time for all the festivities and a
winter wonderland!
The condo is located in the Terrace Building: It's a Premier Suite. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 people.
One full kitchen, plus a second mini-kitchen. 1133 sq. ft.
There's a lock-off feature so you can really add some privacy or split
it up to sleep 4 people in one section and two people in another section each with their own
bathroom and kitchen!
Cost: $1400 for the seven nights over New Year's
Eve (HUGE savings over current rack rates of $385/night plus they add 10% room tax on top of
that! Total $2964.50 if you try and book through the resort.).
I rent this out every year and each time the guests tell me they
enjoyed themselves in a beautiful resort. And this is a great time of year to be in Lake Tahoe for a
white winter wonderland. A small initial deposit will reserve your
place until November, when full payment is due. We will
complete a short written rental agreement so everything is in writing,
and then you can get ready to have some fun!
